u    Run for 20 to 30 minutes on Wednesday

u    Full body work out for 1 hour on Thursday

u    Rest on Friday

u    Run for 20 to 30 minutes on Saturday

u     Again Rest on Sunday

·    Listen to music

Sometimes, exercising for 1 or 2 hours at a stretch might make it boring. But if you play some music and workout according to the beats, then it will be easier for you to lose weight. It will keep you pumped up and focused on your exercise. It is advisable to set some fast music so that it can keep you charged up.

·    Set small goals

Set smaller goals and try to achieve them first before thinking of achieving the perfect body at one shot. Achieving smaller goals will boost up your confidence. For example you can set to lose weight like a few kilos in 2 weeks. To achieve that you will have to work harder and this will make you achieve the goal in due time. Likewise, you can increase your goals to reach the desired body.

·    Go for interval training

Interval trainings are the fastest way for gaining that perfect body. This is because it includes aerobics for muscle fitness, endurance and toning, all of which make up a great body.

·    Daily crunches

Daily crunches will help you to get a flat abdomen, but to get the perfect abs only crunches will not suffice. Along with crunches, you can opt for twisting on exercise balls which provides more resistance. If you find it hard to do, then you can always increase the count of the crunches. It is important to lose weight at the same time to get a lean look.

·    Eat Healthy  

Only exercising is not enough to get that dream body that you can flaunt on the beach. You also need to keep a check on your eating habits. Avoid eating junk foods, aerated drinks and stick to health foods. You should follow a balanced diet to ensure that your body gets required protein and all other nutrients and other supplements so that you can stay fit and strong. It is better not to skip any meal to lose weight as this is not a solution to the problem.

I can give you a great diet that I know you won’t use, but I won’t do that. I’m going to give you practical information that is easy for you to use immediately.

1. Have a 12-ounce, 1/2 scoop protein shake with each meal

Simple huh? If you say no, then I urge you to use shaker bottles and pre-fill them with 1/2 scoop of protein powder and 12 ounces of water. Bring 1-2 of them with you. They’re small. Then when you’re about to eat, take it out, shake it, then drink with your meal.

Why do this? Because if you think about it, you’re body is made of protein. It kinda needs it. Protein speeds up the metabolism and helps to dampen your appetite too. This is a no-brainer. You can get a 2 pound jug of good protein powder at Wal-Mart for about $14. This will last you almost 3 weeks if you used it as outlined above.

2. Eat a lot of low calorie yogurts

I’ll go back to Wal-Mart for this. At 33 cents a yogurt, you can load up on 80 calorie yogurts. These snacks are great and convenient. Minimum calories while filling you up pretty good. Heck, go nuts. Eat 3 of these a day. Big deal. What is that, a “WHOPPING” 240 calories. Pfft. That’s nothing. Yet it helps tide you over between meals.

CEO Jon Stromberg: THG Strategy Fits Needs of Global-Minded CEOs

As more CEOs are looking globally to grow their businesses in a more challenging marketplace, they are seeking new avenues to extend their relationships and reach in many countries—a trend that mirrors THG’s experience offering hospitality packages across the globe, says THG CEO Jon Stromberg.

The study details the focus on relationship building is due to a more demanding and sophisticated customer bases across more countries and CEO recognition that quality customer relationships offer a way to differentiate their companies from competitors.

Through its 63 global locations, which span from London and Sydney, to Kuala Lumpur and Chicago, THG is seeing more evidence that affirms the IBM study findings. Companies are seeking THG’s assistance to craft hospitality offerings at a larger number of events in multiple countries to address their global business goals.

“Response and interest in our global THG Open Contract program is stronger than ever,” Stromberg says. A key benefit of the service, he explains, is the ability for companies to tailor the Open Contract to respond to business-and relationship-building needs at both corporate and regional levels.

For example, HID Global, a provider of technology-based security solutions, used THG’s Open Contract format to provide relationship-building opportunities during the U.S. Open Golf Championships, the Autumn Rugby International’s, and the Malaysian Grand Prix in the past year.

“The company has now expanded its Open Contract and plans to allow each global region to use a portion of the funds to build customer relationships in targeted geographic areas, working in conjunction with THG’s Chicago office,” Stromberg says.

“Our Open Contract program is the perfect complement for C-level executives to meet their global business goals,” he says.
